- Experience in MRM
- Knowledge from PR, MP, MR acquisition, resource development, technical studies, through to mine development
- Have managed exploration & developmental projects, with a strategic vision of taking all the projects up the value curve
- Involved in Exploration, Resource and Reserve estimation, Feasibility studies, Research development & Metallurgical test work.
- Providing strategic planning, alignment of mining with metallurgical processes for producing a good quality product for the market
- Strong operational management and project development skills
- Understanding of different methods to evaluate exploration and mining projects.
- Member of the Council of the Geological Society of SA
- Mine operational experience
- Experience in Botswana, Zambia, Nigeria and Zimbabwe in addition to South Africa
